The Implementation Plan provides the identification of land area of 7645,00 square meters where a Gross Area of 6,400.00 square meters will be placed, as provided for by the PRG (Master Plan). It will be located approximately in 4 residential buildings of four floors above ground. The Implementation Plan includes the construction of a parking area of 2.446,1290 square meters, and a green and service area equal to 22,088.441, achieving a provision o standards of 24,454.57 square meters.

It is emphasized that the provision of urban standards provided by the Implementation Plan as a supply, with a provision equivalent to 127.36 square meters/inhabitant, is remarkably higher than that one required by law.
