The basic purpose of the Structural O.D.P. renewal is to equip Bastia Umbra with a both effective and understandable plan: on one side equipped with an implementation model able to match outcomes and forecast, without using a systematic pattern of variations; on the other part, built with a truly shared decision-making process, avoiding any rhetoric. Then the new O.D.P., fully acknowledging the current law, will simplify at most the predictions of the structural component and will increase the possibilities of a project management, the only condition that can ensure the success of an action plan.
