RESTORATION AND RENOVATION The restoration and renovation proposal of the entire oratory of San L. Gonzaga is organized in four step interventions:

1st step: restoration and renovation of the theater and scout headquarter;
2nd step: restoration and renovation of the spaces and building of a new multipurpose room of about 290 square meters;
3rd step: building of a new underground parking place of about 2100 square meters for a total volume of about 8,100 cubic meters (83 car parks);
4th step: renovation of the whole outdoor area.

The settlement is spreading over an area of about 6.400 square meters.
